Eric Ries – The Lean Startup – Mirroring with my experience

I just bought and started reading this book after having watched extracts of the master classes from Eric.

It talks to my heart, why so? Because I’m living in a work world – since very long actually – where decision making is basically and fundamentally essentially resulting in wasting company resources. I personally tried to bring the lean thinking into the organisations I was working in – without too much success though – with the intuitive impression that if we would spend more time doing the right things now that we knew how to do the things right we would deploy a tremendous unexploited potential.

Eric shows a very pragmatic way of doing this every day, every week, every month for a full life-time.

Keeping you posted on more insights!
